At Fruitnest Hub, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality produce to your business, wherever you are. Please review the following delivery policy to understand our procedures, timelines, and customer rights in compliance with food safety regulations and shipping standards.

Delivery Areas

For remote or difficult-to-access areas, additional charges or extended delivery times may apply. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location.

Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery: Once your order is placed, our customer service team will reach out to provide a delivery fee quote, which will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The delivery fees will be invoiced separately, and we will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction.

Expedited Delivery: For select areas within Klang Valley, we offer expedited delivery at an additional cost. If you’re interested in this option, please inform our customer service team, and they’ll assist you with the available choices and pricing.

Delivery Timeframe

In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Delivery Process

Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays.

You will receive an email notification with your delivery date and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If no one is available to accept the delivery during the scheduled time, the courier will attempt to reschedule the delivery. After two failed attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Inspecting Your Order

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your items for any damage, defects, or missing parts. If there is an issue, notify the delivery personnel and contact us within 1 hours to report the problem.

Keep the original packaging and documents for any potential returns or exchanges. For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
